Playtime

Seeing friends has become rare in times of the pandemic. I see a lot of insecureness, disbelief, doubt and fear around me and I cannot remember a time where I was comparably affected by a negative mood around me for such a long time. Today was different. We met good friends and tried to forget the situation we are all in. The kids played all the afternoon and we never ran out of topics. At the end of the day, it was hard to leave and go back to business. While leaving, I took my only image of the day, still unsure why and what exactly I see in it. For sure, this is the real magic and obsession about photography, to connect in unexpected ways.
